2. Payment Terms

• Rates: Service rates are communicated at the time of booking or via a formal quote.

• Billing: Payments are due in full at the time of booking or prior to the start of a session, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Late Payments: Rooted Learning Tutoring reserves the right to suspend services if payments are not received according to the agreed-upon schedule.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Your time and our tutors' time are valuable.

• Notice Required: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the session cost.

• No-Shows: If a student does not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be considered a "No-Show" and will be billed in full.

5. User Conduct

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rooted Learning Tutoring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.

• Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific session in question.
